The S.T.E.P. Series (Santana Technology Empowerment Program) is the digital-skills program of Santana Global University. It offers 63 different hands-on, one-hour tech classes across four steps, for adults of every age and experience level. Every new skill is a step forward.

The Four Steps

• Step 1: Foundations (STEP-101 to STEP-121). 21 classes that build everyday digital confidence, from first email to AI, money, and health.

• Step 2: Intermediate (STEP-201 to STEP-221). 21 classes that take each Step 1 skill further: cloud, Microsoft 365, security, video, publishing, websites, and credit.

• Step 3: Advanced (STEP-301 to STEP-321). 21 brand-new advanced classes, from home networks and AI assistants to audiobooks, fundraising, and caregiving.

• Step 4: Mastery (STEP-401 to STEP-421). The expert level of each Step 2 class, with deeper concepts, pro workflows, and a hands-on mastery challenge.

Course codes: the first digit is the step and the last two digits are the class number. STEP-205 (Step 2) and STEP-405 (Step 4) are the same class, Spreadsheet Strong, at two levels.
